​Due to COVID-19 we are not shipping daily as usual but only once a week: on Tuesdays. Your order will take a bit longer to reach you, for that reason we apologise in advance.




All purchases are shipped via Express Mail. An email with your tracking number will be send to you automatically at the time of shipment. You can track your order via the link available on the same email.


To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time of the actual shipping (about one business day domestic and four business days international). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. WHO WHAT NEXT cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.


To exchange an item purchased on WHO WHAT NEXT, you must send us an e-mail to confirming the need to exchange an item identifying the replacement item. Finally, the original item must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery, accompanied by the original sales slip to

Please note that WHO WHAT NEXT must receive the returned item in original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been used or damaged. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in WHO WHAT NEXT sole discretion.



WHO WHAT NEXT does not accept returns unless has been found a craft flaw. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
